"FABULOUS!!! WOW Can't say enough how happy I am!!!!!!!! Quality and service are unbeatable! My husband and I have purchased a lot of furniture in the last 18 years and we are so pleased with our sofa! I do not make large expensive purchases without tons of research and many hours of shopping. When we finally decided on a leather sofa for our family room I started the hunt and after two months of going to dozens and dozens of stores all over the East Valley and into Scottsdale we came back to Creative Leather to make our purchase. "Fantastic service! I bought two leather coaches from Creative Leather in Southern CA nearly 10 years ago. The recliner release cables started to break one after the other. I contacted the company and they sent me 6 replacement cables no questions asked. Now, that is what I call first class support. Thank you Becky .... and Creative Leather! You are a class act - and just extended the life on my coaches by another decade. BTW, your leather is still looking great after so many years. THANK YOU!"

"We had a great experience working with Steve last week on ordering a new couch for our family living room. After visiting the store in Gilbert, and finding close to what we wanted (but a little our of our price range) we visited the Showroom in Chandler. Steve helped answer all our questions, gave us lots of different pricing options when we couldn't decide what we wanted (ottoman or none, reclining or none, 10 feet versus 12 feet etc.) In the end he helped work with our budget to custom design a beautiful couch that would hold up to our 2 young daughters and 4 dogs. and he was super patient with us the entire time! We look forward to receiving our new couch in a few weeks and doing more business with Creative Leather."

"I received excellent customer service the moment I stepped in The San Tan store over 3 years ago when we purchased our sectional! That customer service never changed when I would pop in the store from time until today... Kaitlyn knocked it out of the park! I contacted customer service to request an in home "maintenance" service when Kaitlyn not only answered all my questions, she heard my scheduling concerns and was able to find me a spot. Her attitude and willingness to help are a rare find these days!"

"My wife and I recently purchased a leather chair and ottoman from you folks and had to write to simply tell you that our experience was amazing. I specifically want to compliment Susan Samz on helping us pick out the absolutely perfect chair, as well as Becky Williams in customer service who helped us secure a firmer cushion, after the fact. These folks could not have been more helpful or provide better service, or a more pleasant buying experience. It has all been simply A+. So good, in fact, that we returned to buy a $1,500 house plant and will be picking that up in a week of so. Needless to say, our first stop for future furniture needs will be Creative Leather. You can also count on us to enthusiastically recommend Creative Leather to anyone and everyone whenever possible. Thank you for an exceptional buying experience."

"Hello. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you so much for resolving my furniture issues. Even though we had to deal with the time delays due to Covid, your consistent, pleasant communication through it all made the process endurable. Thank you for your “old school” customer service where the customer is always right. May your success continue because of your honorable service."

"Hi Becky, I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how thrilled we are with the great job that Fernando did for us. He took his time to make sure the foam in the sofa cushions were installed correctly and properly adjusted. He also added stuffing to the back, lumbar and the arm cushions which makes our sofa look like new. We couldn't be happier. Our investment in this sofa at Creative Leather almost 15 years ago was definitely a good decision on our part. Thank you for your guidance and direction on this project. I wish I had taken a before picture but forgot to. I am attaching 2 after pictures to let you see how great it looks."
