Because each order is custom-made, orders cannot be canceled or returned once placed.
If cancellation is approved, a 50% restocking fee will apply. This fee includes taxes and delivery costs already incurred.
Warranty
Creative Leather products are covered under the Creative Leather warranty.
Items made by other manufacturers may carry their own separate warranties.
Delivery
We will provide an estimated delivery date, but please note that delays may occur due to shipping, suppliers, or events outside our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes).
If your delivery arrives with damage or discrepancies, they must be noted on the delivery ticket at the time of drop-off.
Product Details & Fit
Handmade craftsmanship – Measurements may vary up to 1 inch.
Down & feather seating – Natural “puddling” (soft settling or wrinkling) is normal and depends on cushion size and use.
Measuring your space – Please confirm your furniture fits through doors, hallways, and into the desired room.
If the furniture does not fit, delivery will be made to another location at your home (such as the garage or front room).
If you ask Creative Leather to split or rebuild the furniture to fit, additional fees will apply.
